About Doug Rapport

To me, real estate has never been about the number of signs in yards or the volume of transactions closed. After more than 30 years in the business world, I’ve learned one undeniable truth: success is measured by the trust people place in you during their most pivotal life moments.

I made the decision to move to Coastal Delaware a few years ago after spending 34 years in the DC area. This isn't just my market; it’s my community. My 'why' is simple: I believe everyone deserves a steady hand and a servant’s heart when navigating the emotional journey of finding or selling a home.

While my background includes a BS from Carnegie-Mellon and an MBA from Georgetown, I don’t lean on those degrees to impress you—I use them to protect you. Whether we are navigating a complex land sale, a first home purchase, or a high-stakes negotiation, my goal is to translate my decades of experience into a seamless, easy-to-understand process for you.
